Decisions, decisions, decisions…
Choosing the location and style of your home are the first decisions you face in the homebuilding process. From community and lot selection, to the style and floorplan of your home, the research and decisions at this phase set the stage for what will be your completed home.
We can provide any information you need to help with these important decisions.
During Phase I, you can expect to:
- Choose your development and lot
- Place a deposit on your lot
- Create your home design
- Finalize your floor plan and budget
- Secure financing
- Sign contract commitment
Every Bob Webb home is a custom home. We offer access to more than 75 home designs to offer you ideas. From there, we invite you to move a wall, add a sunroom — turn our ideas into a home that is completely yours!
