History

Bob Webb Group has been in business since 1960, and has played an integral role in developing and building award-winning homes in Central Ohio’s most highly regarded communities.

Quality

In Central Ohio, Bob Webb Group is known as the quality builder. We have partnered with local craftsmen (many are multi-generation, family-owned businesses), and our mutual loyalty has continued to result in a superior product.

As a family-owned business, we are proud to put our name on every home we build.

Each Bob Webb home comes with structural and mechanical warranties for your peace of mind.

Flexibility

Each Bob Webb home is a custom home. Our years of experience have helped us to capture trends and home designs with today’s most popular features. To help guide you, we make multiple floor plans available as your starting point. We will make any changes you request, and deliver solutions for your most specific ideas.

Location

We are as selective about location as you are. Our premium developments are in acclaimed school districts, and in communities with amenities. We do the homework for you, so that you can be sure that any Bob Webb community is one that will be desirable for years to come.

Details

From crown molding to tile backsplashes, and everything in between, we can make anything happen. Our ASID interior design expert works with you to create interior and exterior finishes that are what you envision, and are within your price range.

Energy Efficiency

Our homes are ENERGY STAR Certified, which means they use substantially less energy - delivering 30% savings on your utility bills every year. Energy Star homes must meet the EPA's strict guidelines for energy efficiency and we are proud our homes are quieter, more comfortable, have lower utility bills and help protect the environment  by reducing greenhouse gas emissions. Less than 12% of all homes in the U.S. earn the Energy Star rating.
